END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND TheOrganicType™ TO WHICH YOU ARE BOUND BY PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT.

GRANT OF LICENSE
TheOrganicType™ grants you a personal, nontransferable, nonexclusive right to copy the images (including all copyright and other proprietary notices or legends) contained on these discs onto your computer hard drive and to use the images and any derivatives or copies of them (collectively, the “images”) on one computer and with one user at a time. The images may be copied, modified and incorporated in materials for personal or internal company use and in advertising and promotional materials for your clients. Any such advertising or promotional materials may not be used to promote a product which contains the images. The images may not be sold and may not be incorporated in products for sale. For example, you may use the images in an advertising campaign for one of your clients, but you may not sell copies of the images themselves. Pornographic use of the images is prohibited. You may not copy these discs in their entirety.

MULTI-USER LICENSING
Type sets are sold with a 10-user license agreement, although additional licenses are available via the dropdown menu.

WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
TheOrganicType™ warrants this disc to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from delivery. Your sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of this warranty is the replacement of the disc or refund of the purchase price, at TheOrganicType™'s option. TheOrganicType™ MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties, and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state. NEITHER TheOrganicType™ NOR ITS LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE LICENSE OF THE IMAGES.

GENERAL
All rights in and titled to this disc and the images are owned and retained by TheOrganicType™ and its licensors and protected by United States copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. No title to or intellectual property rights in the disc or the images are transferred to you. The disc may not be transferred without the prior written consent of TheOrganicType™. You agree to comply with all export and re-export restrictions and regulations of the United States government. This license will terminate automatically without notice from TheOrganicType™ if you breach any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must return the disc and all copies of it to TheOrganicType™ immediately. TheOrganicType™'s licensors are direct and intended beneficiaries of this license and may enforce it directly against you.
